I’ve spent more than 16 years in the plumbing trade, graduated from a four-year plumbing trade school, and passed plumbing contractor licensing exams in multiple states.
Before starting Flowtera, my wife and I owned and grew a plumbing business in Indiana. When we left, that company had a 5.0-star Google rating with 285 reviews. We’re proud of the trust we earned there, and I’m bringing that same commitment to the people who call Flowtera.
A big part of my career was being the guy sent out when a customer was frustrated and something needed to be made right. Those calls taught me how much it matters to listen, take someone’s concerns seriously, and do what you say you’ll do.
If I recommend a repair in your home, I’ll explain what I found, why I recommend it, and what it will cost before the work begins. You should understand what you’re paying for and feel comfortable asking questions.

How our family found Milton
My wife, Shalene, and I are raising our three kids here in Milton. She’s a registered nurse, and together we spent more than 16 years talking about making Florida home.
We wanted to live near the beach, but we hadn’t found our place yet. Then two friends encouraged us to visit this area. We brought all three kids down for a week, looked at houses, and found the home we fell in love with.
Our house in Indiana wasn’t even on the market yet. We went home, listed it, and it sold in about 40 days. Less than 90 days after we started looking here, we’d sold our Indiana house and closed on our new home.
And those friends? They used to live just two blocks from us in Franklin, Indiana. We moved all the way to Florida and became neighbors again.
Milton became home for our family, and Flowtera became our next chapter. We brought our experience with us, knowing that earning people’s trust here would happen the same way it always had—one customer and one job at a time.
